Contact ExpressLoans
One inbox, sorted by subject line: contact@expressloans.com. Pick your topic below and the right subject is pre-filled — we aim to reply within 2 business days.
Asking about a loan you already have? ExpressLoans.com is a comparison marketplace, not a lender — your loan file, payments, payoff and funding status live with the lender named on your loan agreement. Their name and contact details are on your e-signed agreement, the Truth in Lending disclosure, and the descriptor on your bank statement. For everything about this website, our service, or your data: we’re right here.
What’s it about?
Same address every time — the subject line gets you to the right person faster.
Questions about a comparison request, an offer you saw here, or anything on this site. Include the email address you used on the form.
Access, correct, delete, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Tell us which right you’re exercising — details in our privacy policy.
About our service, or about a lender you reached through us — name the lender and the date. Lender complaints help us police the network.
Tell us the address or number to remove. Note: lenders you’ve matched with contact you independently — opt out with them too, and they must honor it.
Licensed lenders, lead networks and affiliate partners — include your licensing footprint and the states you cover.
Interviews, data from our cost tables and calculators, or commentary on consumer lending — deadlines respected.
The right door for loan problems
“Where’s my money?” / “What’s my balance?” / “Can I change my payment date?”
All lender questions. We never touch funds, hold loan files, or see your account — the lender who made your offer holds everything. Find them on your loan agreement or TILA disclosure; most fund by ACH the next business day, and weekends pause bank transfers.
“I was declined / approved for less — why?”
Credit decisions are the lender’s alone, and federal law is on your side: after a decline you’re entitled to an adverse action notice explaining why, and to a free copy of any credit report used. Request both from the lender — then our guides on rebuilding turn the reasons into a plan.
“A lender is treating me badly”
Escalate in this order: the lender’s own complaint channel first (it creates the paper trail), then us — a verified pattern gets a lender disconnected from comparison results — then the regulators: the CFPB complaint portal at consumerfinance.gov/complaint and your state attorney general or financial regulator. Regulators act on written complaints; yours counts.
Email safety — ours and yours
Three rules that protect you in every exchange with us.
Never email sensitive data
No Social Security numbers, full account or card numbers, or passwords by email — ever, to anyone, including us. If we need to verify you, we’ll ask only for the email address you used on your request.
We never ask for money
Any message demanding a fee, gift card or wire “to release your loan” is not from us and not from any legitimate lender — it’s the advance-fee scam, and it’s illegal. Forward it to us with subject “Complaint” and delete it.
Check the sender
Our only address is contact@expressloans.com. Look-alike domains and “agents” with personal email addresses don’t speak for us — when in doubt, start a fresh email to the real address instead of replying.
Quick answers before you write
The four questions that fill our inbox.
Can you approve, deny, or speed up my loan?
No — we’re a comparison marketplace, not a lender. Approval, funding and servicing all belong to the lender named on your agreement; they’re the only ones who can act on your file.
My money hasn’t arrived — what do I do?
Check the timeline first: ACH lands the next business day after e-signing, and weekends or bank holidays add a day. Past that, contact your lender with your agreement number — and your bank, in case a deposit is pending review.
How do I stop marketing emails and calls?
Email us with subject “Unsubscribe” and the address or number to remove — we’ll confirm. Lenders you matched with market independently; one “stop contacting me” to each of them is legally binding on them too.
How do I get my data deleted?
Subject line “Privacy Request”, tell us it’s a deletion request, and send it from the address you used here. We’ll verify and confirm completion — full rights and timelines are in the privacy policy.
Actually here to compare loans?
No email needed for that — one free 2-minute request shows licensed lenders’ offers side by side.
