ExpressLoans.com is not a lender. It is an independent loan-comparison marketplace owned and operated by EJB SAS (a French société par actions simplifiée, SIREN 993 526 326), the controller responsible for the cookies described here. This Cookie Policy works alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more broadly.

1. What this Cookie Policy covers
This Cookie Policy applies to the website at expressloans.com and related pages (the “Site”), operated by EJB SAS (“ExpressLoans.com”, “we”, “us” or “our”). It explains what cookies and similar technologies we and our partners use, what they do, and how you can manage them. It does not cover the practices of the independent lenders, lending partners, or other third-party sites we may link to — each of those has its own policies.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device to store information, such as your preferences or an identifier for your session. We also use similar technologies — including pixels (also called web beacons or tags), local storage, and software development kits — which function in comparable ways to recognize your device, remember your activity, and measure performance. In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies.”

4. First-party and third-party cookies
First-party cookies are set by ExpressLoans.com directly. Third-party cookies are set by providers we work with — for example, analytics and advertising partners — when you use the Site. Those third parties may use cookies to collect information about your activity over time and across other websites, in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies.
5. How long cookies last
Cookies are either session cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. The typical lifespans for each category are shown in the table above.
6. Your choices: managing cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Our cookie tool. Where it is available on the Site, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies and change your preferences at any time.
- Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and warn you before they are set. Check your browser’s help pages for instructions. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Site to stop working.
- Advertising opt-outs. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s YourAdChoices tool, the Network Advertising Initiative, and, for Europe, the Your Online Choices tool.
- Global Privacy Control. We honor the GPC browser signal as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Consent (EU, EEA and UK visitors)
Because EJB SAS is established in France, visitors in the EU, EEA and UK are asked for consent before we place non-essential cookies (functional, analytics and advertising cookies). Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Where consent is required, you can give or refuse it through our cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie tool, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Most browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting, but there is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. We do, however, recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser on which it is enabled.
9. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time as our use of cookies or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and the updated policy takes effect when posted. We encourage you to review it periodically.
